How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee beans?
We roast our beans in small batches daily at our farm in Oahu. Every bag is heat-sealed with a one-way valve to lock in freshness and aroma before being shipped directly to your door.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our Hawaiian coffee blends worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Are your coffee beans 100% Hawaiian?
We offer a variety of options, including 100% Hawaii-grown coffee and premium artisan blends. Each product description clearly states the origin and percentage of Hawaiian beans used.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Can I purchase coffee as a subscription?
Absolutely. We offer a 'Subscribe & Save' program where you can choose your favorite roast and delivery frequency to ensure you never run out of fresh coffee.
How should I store my coffee once it arrives?
To maintain peak flavor, store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. We recommend avoiding the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the bean quality.
