At Green World Coffee Farm, we strive for the highest quality in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of beans or food items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or store credit.

Attach clear photos of the damaged product or incorrect item along with the shipping label to help us expedite your claim.
